  • 350 g Penne Pasta.
  • 100 g spicy chorizo
  • 800 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Oregano
  • 1/2 parsley





  1. Boil penne according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
  2. Cook the chorizo ​​for 3 minutes or until golden, then add the tomatoes, the oregano, the parsley, Salt, baking soda and a little vinegar. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked penne pasta and the grated cheese, personally I use the red ball cheese, it gives a different touch, and if a more spicy taste we add a chopped chilli pepper.
