Penne Arrabiata

Ingredients
- 350 g Penne Pasta.
- 100 g spicy chorizo
- 800 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Oregano
- 1/2 parsley
Instructions
- Boil penne according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
- Cook the chorizo for 3 minutes or until golden, then add the tomatoes, the oregano, the parsley, Salt, baking soda and a little vinegar. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and the grated cheese, personally I use the red ball cheese, it gives a different touch, and if a more spicy taste we add a chopped chilli pepper.
