1 green italian pepper
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt, more to taste
1 cup chopped red onion
Tear up the lettuce and place in a serving bowl.
chop tomato, avocado, onion, lettuce, green pepper.
mix all the ingredients and dress it with oil, salt and vinegar.
